MILAN, Italy — Adam & Eve's Will Ryder-directed "Love, Sex & Music" has earned four nominations at the Doppio Senso Awards in Italy.
Star September Reign is nominated for Best International Actress, and Ryder for Best International Director. Additionally, the title garnered nominations for Best International Movie and Best International Screenplay.
"It’s an amazing honor to earn international recognition so a big thank you to the Doppio Senso organizers," said Ryder. "I am very grateful and now the world is finding out September is an actress with emotional depth and character when you surround her with a quality story."
Reign echoed Ryder's enthusiasm.
"This was the role and script I had been waiting for my entire career," she said. "I’m about to cry because this entire story — especially as a Black woman — is so emotional."
