LOS ANGELES — Emma Magnolia faces off against Nathan Webb in the final round of OFTV’s “This Is Fire.”
For the final dish, Magnolia will have 30 minutes to cook lamb, and she must also include beets and ricotta cheese. She starts by cooking beets and adding fat to them to make them flavorful. After cooking the lamb, her dish ends with seared lamb chops with a raspberry and mint puree as well as thin sliced beets with basil lemon ricotta.
