Cherry.tv to Hold Valentine's Day Contest

WILMINGTON, Del. — Cherry.tv's Valentine’s Day competition will kick off Friday and run until Feb. 19.

During the 10-day competition, models and fans can earn “hearts” together and boost their rankings on the live leaderboard.

Cherry.tv’s Business Development and Talent Manager Zuzana Kasinski said, “As with our previous competitions, models earn ‘hearts’ for each hour that they are live, and whenever they receive any type of gift from fans; the higher the token value of the gift, the more hearts earned.”

Head of Affiliation Jolene Louw added, “Fans earn hearts for sending gifts, so this really drives engagement and traffic all around. For this event, we are also implementing 10 new achievement levels that unlock bonus hearts, as well as our exclusive spiral heart profile frame, which users and models can attain by spending or receiving 1,000 tokens, respectively. Our competitions do get pretty intense as it is, so naturally, we wanted to up the ante and reward both models and fans as they compete.”

Kasinski noted that Cherry.tv is also rolling out virtual Valentine’s Day gifts to help everyone “feel the love” throughout the competition period. This year’s gifts include: chocolate, a sapphire ring, a dozen roses, animated hearts, an animated “Be Mine” Bear and an animated Cupid.

For the Valentine’s Day event, Cherry.tv will give away a total of 13,500 tokens for fans, plus cash prizes for models totaling $8,250.

The top 10 models and fans are eligible to win. Live leaderboard rankings lock in at midnight PST on Feb. 20.
