PinkLabel.tv Adds Vintage Gay Safer Sex Video Collection

SAN FRANCISCO — Pink and White Productions has added several vintage safer sex videos, produced in the 1980s and '90s by Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) of New York, to its PinkLabel.tv streaming platform.

Headlining the collection is 1985's "Chance of a Lifetime," featuring appearances by gay porn icons Casey Donovan and Marc Stevens.

The 41-minute video "depicts three realistic social and sexual scenarios in which safer sex is discussed and practiced by gay men," said a rep. "The film presents a variety of sexual possibilities and preferences, from intimacy between two lovers to group sex, and encourages viewers to identify and practice sexual behavior to reduce the risk of HIV transmission."

Also streaming are two shorts — "Grey Hideaway," an explicit music video from 1985; and "Gotst0beadrag," a 1990 vogue dance video promoting condom use. Additional GMHC sex-ed videos will be added to the collection throughout the year.
