FSC Announces 'Banking Discrimination' Panelists for Upcoming Summit

LOS ANGELES — Free Speech Coalition (FSC) has announced the panelists for the “Banking Discrimination” session at the upcoming FSC Summit, taking place on Jan. 12, the final day of the XBIZ LA conference.

The “Banking Discrimination” session will feature discussions and perspectives from Cathy Beardsley, CEO of Segpay; Alana Evans, president of the Adult Performance Artists Guild (APAG); and Pierre Whatley, senior government relations advisor at FS Vector.

The panelists will discuss discrimination and unfair practices in the banking and fintech sectors, and how those working in adult can protect themselves from account losses resulting from these practices.

Panelists will focus “not only on the individual steps that can be taken to ensure one's financial security, but also on the broader actions that the FSC is taking to combat this issue, including engaging in conversations with Congress to help protect our industry from unfair banking practices,” a rep explained.

The FSC Summit will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 12, in the Nichols meeting rooms at the Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood, Los Angeles.

Attendance is not limited to Free Speech Coalition members. XBIZ conference badge holders will receive access to the FSC Summit.

For non-conference attendees, the registration deadline is Jan. 6. Industry members can request a promo code for free registration. Others may purchase access to the event.
