LOS ANGELES — Sparks Entertainment garnered six XBIZ Awards nominations, including a nod for "Featur Movie of the Year" for "Maid to Kill."
The title also received nominations for "Best Screenplay," "Best Art Direction," "Best Supporting Actress" for Lily Larimar, and "Best Sex Scene — Feature Movie" for Aiden Ashley and Isiah Maxwell.
Additionally, Shawn Alff received a nod for "Best Supporting Actor" for his performance in the studio's "The Seventh Kind."
Director and studio head Harry Sparks enthused about the nominations.
"I am very proud of 'Maid to Kill' and 'The Seventh Kind,'" he said. "The amazing work of the cast and crew really made both movies a success and I could not be more grateful."
The 2023 XBIZ Awards will crown the best-of-the-best in adult Sunday, Jan. 15 at the historic Hollywood Palladium; in keeping with tradition, select award categories under Web & Technology, Pleasure Products and Retail will be presented as part of the annual XBIZ Honors ceremonies.
