BUDAPEST — Rocco Siffredi spoke with XBIZ today to clarify news coming from Italy about his supposed “retirement” from porn.
“I have not been shooting POV scenes for months, that’s what I told the reporters, and that’s the only thing I had been doing,” Siffredi told XBIZ from his European headquarters.
“But I also told her, ‘Never say never,’ because I don’t say ‘I’m retiring’ anymore,” he added laughing, noting that he had already announced retirements three times yet he keeps coming back.
The global adult industry icon told XBIZ he would definitely consider performing again in the United States.
“If I need to do another movie,” Siffredi said, “it will be in the States. That’s for sure. If I needed to do something it would be in the U.S.A., with American girls, not because I have any problem with Europe, but because I would like to do something new and special.”
“If I get an offer in the States for a good movie, I would do it,” he added.
Earlier today, Italian culture magazine MOW, which regularly covers the peninsular adult industry in general and Siffredi in particular, reported that Siffredi had told one of their reporters he didn’t want to resume performing on camera, asking rhetorically, “Is this maybe the right time?”
Siffredi told XBIZ he was eager to clarify any misunderstanding around his supposed total “retirement,” as implied by MOW.
