MONTREAL — Adult Time has signed Lauren Phillips to a brand ambassadorship and non-exclusive output deal with the streaming service.
Along with promotional and ambassadorship commitments, the deal includes a minimum number of production days per month for Phillips, plus two original projects that Phillips will write and direct alongside Adult Time's chief creative officer, Bree Mills.
"Working with Adult Time on multiple projects, I admire their professionalism and overall image in sex work," Phillips said. "With these qualities, 'doing porn differently' represents the importance of communication and respecting one’s hard limits, which can express a positive sex working experience."
Mills discussed the new deal with Phillips.
"Lauren has been a fan favorite for many years and her enthusiasm and dedication to doing porn differently is what led us to approach her with taking our relationship to the next level," Mills said. "We look forward to continuing to work closely together, to help each of our brands grow under our shared values and to empower Lauren as a creator to develop projects for Adult Time."
A rep described the company's mission "to do porn differently, by collaborating closely with talent who represent its values, will serve as exceptional ambassadors both on their sets and others, and who are motivated to expand their range as performers and creators."
Adult Time's content director, P, expanded on that goal.
"Rather than pigeonholing a talent into a contract that imposes limits on them, we want to use these deals to help set them up for success within our platform and work alongside us to create professional and fun on-set environments," P said. "An ambassador like Lauren is not just a great person to shoot, but she is a great person to have on sets and foster the values we strive to cultivate."
