Vendo to Host Quarterly Merchant Conference Thursday

LUCERNE, Switzerland — Vendo Services will host its next virtual quarterly merchant conference on Thursday.

The conference series "supports Vendo merchants by providing new insights, fresh data, powerful tools and networking opportunities," a rep said.

Thursday's conference will begin with "an introduction to Vendo’s new, exciting and empowering rebrand," continued the rep, who billed the event as a chance to learn about "the drivers behind the creation process and experience firsthand the new look and feel."

The conference will also cover emerging markets, purchasing patterns in Brazil and the promising outlook for cryptocurrency, the rep noted, adding, "Finally, you will be taken into the main event and go one-on-one with Steven Grooby, the founder of Grooby and the newly appointed FSC board member, as he shares his story from the founding of the company in 1996 to becoming a niche-dominating powerhouse. Steven will candidly discuss the challenges and successes of his journey as well as take questions from the audience."

Vendo COO Thierry Arrondo praised the opportunities on tap.

"This is shaping up to be our best virtual conference yet," he said. "I am thrilled to share our moves into emerging markets, as well as get my questions ready for Steven."

Mitch Platt, Vendo's CEO, defined the company's purpose this way: "Make payments simple by inspiring growth and passion."

"Our merchant conferences are the perfect venue to share global market trends, discuss the latest innovations, learn how to grow your business and participate in unparalleled networking opportunities," he said.
