GARDEN CITY, N.Y. — Blush has expanded its Blush U retail education initiative with a new sexual wellness training program hosted by sexpert Tawney Seren.
"Each training is custom-designed to help adult retail staff, customer service support and other industry members learn about important and timely sexual wellness topics — including sexual challenges, building arousal and communication — while providing shoppers with the best service," a rep explained.
Both live and pre-recorded lessons are on tap; each session runs between 30 and 45 minutes and are currently scheduled as follows:
- Tuesday, Jan. 25, 3 p.m. (PDT): Blush Sexual Wellness Program: Understanding the importance of wellness and the products that can make a difference and help your business grow
- Tuesday, Feb. 8, 3 p.m. (PDT): Understanding the Sexual Challenges People Experience: How to communicate and what to offer for different challenges
- Tuesday, Feb. 22, 3 p.m. (PDT): The Art of Arousal: Everything that impacts arousal and how to improve it
- Tuesday, March 8, 3 p.m. (PDT): The Power of Pleasure: The positive health benefits of sexual pleasure
"Blush U empowers retailers to be the best they can be and learn about Blush products’ features and benefits, and the 'Sexual Wellness' series incorporates even more education," Sales Manager Nancy Cosimini said. "We want our loyal customers to have all the information they need to succeed. These live events are an interactive way to get all their questions answered while learning about topics and product usages they might otherwise not have access to."
"Wellness is a concept that consumers have latched onto, and with the 'Sexual Wellness' training series, we can help retailers appeal to that market, which can lead to big sales," added Cosimini.
Two pre-recorded sessions will soon be available: "Introducing Toys to The Bedroom" goes live later this month, while "Sexual Wellness & Toys in Wellness Collection" will debut in February.
