LOS ANGELES — Cassie Del Isla and Dorian Del Isla are the latest guests on Matt Slayer’s podcast, “And Now We Drink.”
The episode finds Slayer sharing Buffalo Trace bourbon with his guests, who have recently relocated to the United States. The couple compare living in France and Spain with the U.S. and discuss how Americans are wrong about French women.
Slayer also talks to Dorian Del Isla about his wrestling background and if he ever considered going pro in the MMA. The episode closed with the two sharing their favorite places to swing, discuss French-worded items and actions that are not French, great places to eat in L.A. and more.
“Cassie and Dorian are fucking treasures and we’re lucky that they’re here to stay,” Slayer said. “With their frank and honest stories about swinging, travel and partying around the world, this couple is the real deal. I loved hearing about their adventures all from Dorian’s time in the military fraternizing with other soldiers to Cassie having a near-mishap with French customs.”
“Drinking with them such a blast and it honestly could have gone on all night," he added.
Dorian Del Isla shared how much the couple enjoyed the interview.
“Before the show, we said we were going to have 2-3 drinks [and] stay focused, but Matt puts you at ease very quickly with a whiskey on the rocks. We tell each other about three things and the glass is empty; we forget the microphone and we go on to the next glass,” he said.
