HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Twice-crowned XBIZ-winning director Ricky Greenwood is celebrating eight 2021 XCritic Awards nominations for his directing slate over the past year.
Greenwood's dramatic feature for MissaX, “Under the Veil,” is up for a “Best Feature” award, with the film and Adult Time’s “Sweet Sweet Sally Mae,” both earning "Best Director (Feature)" nods.
“Sweet Sweet Sally Mae” also captured nods for “Best Girl/Girl Scene” (shared by Misty Stone and Sizi Sev) and “Best Girl/Girl DVD.”
Three of Greenwood’s projects were each twice-nominated for “Best Actress” and “Best Actor” categories.
"I’m lucky to have a job I love that allows me creative free reign and the ability to work with so many great performers. 2021 was a great year for my projects being greenlit. Being nominated for awards is just the icing on the cake," Greenwood enthused. "Thank you, XCritic, for your support, reviews, and nominations."
