LOS ANGELES — NFT company xxxNifty has inked a content partnership with Colin Rowntree's Wasteland.com to create "unique digital artwork together," noted a rep.
Wasteland, launched in 1994, was among the first commercial adult sites on the internet. "Over the years, Wasteland and Rowntree have continued to adopt new technologies, from the early days of video streaming to recent explorations of virtual reality content and, as a result of this arrangement, are posed to be among the leaders in the erotic NFT market," the rep said.
Chief Marketing Officer of xxxNifty Ben Fraden said, "I am overjoyed that someone as respected in the adult industry as Colin has chosen to work with us and we will do our best to deliver unparalleled NFTs for them and their fans."
Rowntree echoed that enthusiasm.
"Since starting online in 1994, I have always focused on being on the cutting-edge of innovation, and NFTs are another example ripe for development and profitable exploitation in the adult B2C consumer realm. I look forward to working with Dan Leal and the team at XXXNifty to produce exclusive and exceptional NFTs."
In related news, xxxNifty has recently hired content creator Polyannie, whom the rep described as "one of the biggest key opinion leaders and experts in the adult NFT industry."
Additionally, the company plans to launch "version 2.0 of their website this fall with hundreds of exclusive NFTs and are actively looking for more studio partnerships."
