NEW YORK — Mistress Eva (aka Eva Oh) will be a guest at this year’s Wilderness Festival, set for August 5-8 in Oxfordshire, England. She will discuss the future of sex work alongside London’s Mistress Adreena.
The Wilderness Festival, a rep shared, “celebrates the modern culture of art, entertainment, food, drink, health and wellness." Eva’s appearance will center on her discussing her daily life and work and how technology and politics will impact her profession’s future.
The "provocative discussion panel" is part of the festival's "House of Sublime" programming, "which caters to edgier and often adult themes and ideas in the form of live-art, theatre and alt-cabarets that push buttons and boundaries," the rep added.
Eva noted that "opening the floor to frank and spontaneous conversation is a beautiful way to create intimacy and understanding."
"In my experience, it has been the most reliable format to instigate a connection between the topic of sex work, our personhood as sex workers and the audience so far," she said.
