Maitland Ward, Vixen Media Group Ink Contract Extension

LOS ANGELES — Vixen Media Group (VMG) and Maitland Ward have inked a two-year contract extension for the lauded performer; upcoming projects include a second season of the XBIZ award-winning "Muse" from Deeper.com, which is set to film this spring under the direction of Kayden Kross.

Following her 2019 debut, Ward has earned six XBIZ Awards for her acting and scene work, among other honors; she is now the longest-running female contract performer in VMG's history.

"Maitland's presence in this industry is shifting the way the mainstream perceives performers and the quality of the content we make," said Kross. "It has been a game-changer to be able to work with her, and I can't wait to keep raising the bar that Maitland's work resets with each new project. No one is more devoted to her craft, more talented or more willing to take risks than Maitland. It is an honor to be able to take this journey with her."

A rep noted Ward will also "expand her production talents in both a writing and directing capacity."

"She is going to surprise fans with some 'firsts' not yet seen onscreen," teased the rep. "She is set to develop unique non-XXX VMG projects as well, such as a BTS series that will invite viewers into her personal day-to-day life."

Ward's industry laurels, in addition to her XBIZ Awards, include trophies from the XCritic Awards and NightMoves Awards.

“I’m so proud to continue to be the face of Deeper and to have such a valued place in the Vixen family,” said Ward. "I can’t wait for all the exciting new projects that lie ahead, taking me to new places as an actor and sexual performer all while allowing me to stretch my creative talents in both writing and directing."

"Kayden has inspired and encouraged me to create in all branches of filmmaking," she continued. "Our partnership and trusted friendship have afforded me to explore and push boundaries as an artist and we will continue to do so fiercely and passionately in the years ahead."
