AWSummit Announces New Trade Show Dates, Host City

BUCHAREST, Romania — Organizers of AWSummit have announced new in-person dates of September 6-9, in Bucharest, for their 2021 trade show.

"We know that great things will happen once the community comes back together and connects after such a long break and we are thrilled to offer each and every one of our attendees something to look forward to," said Laura, PR & Sales Executive for AWSummit.

A rep noted "after careful consideration," the event was relocated from Mamaia to Bucharest.

"The health and safety of the participants, and also to deliver a world-class and safe event, is of the utmost importance," explained the rep, adding that the decision to relocate was a "challenging" one. "Mamaia has been the perfect venue to host AWSummit for so many years but because of all the restrictions and difficulties of 2020, a lot of businesses have been shuttered, narrowing down the choices."

Laura said "the infrastructure of Mamaia isn’t allowing us to [organize] the summit our attendees and sponsors deserve and have been waiting for. Therefore, we have no other choice than to step up our game and move to Bucharest. The good news is that you don’t have to worry about traveling for two hours from the airport to Mamaia when you attend the 2021 edition of AWSummit."

Attendees who have already purchased tickets and hotel rooms will have their reservations transferrred to the new dates and location, the rep said.
