FanCentro Introduces All-New 'Livestreams' Feature

LOS ANGELES — FanCentro has introduced Livestreams, a new feature that allows influencers and content creators to broadcast live on the platform.

"With Livestreams, influencers can go live for their followers, subscribers or both," a rep explained. "A livestream can begin publicly and then be switched to ‘subscribers-only’ mid-stream, creating opportunities to convert followers to subscribers. This tool is unique as it gives influencers continual control over who sees their content and who is restricted, allowing them to turn off the stream for non-subscribers at any time, leaving fans wanting more."

In addition, the influencer has the ability to decide who can see their stream.

"Fans who are either following or subscribing to an influencer may have access to their streams, but access could be limited for followers," noted the rep. "In order to enjoy unlimited access, fans will need to be subscribed to that influencer. Fans also have the ability to tip an influencer during a livestream, creating a unique money-making opportunity."

FanCentro VP Kat Revenga said the Livestreams feature will "change the way influencers connect with their fans."

"Because a stream can start off as free for followers and subscribers, the ability to flip it to subscribers-only mid-stream is excellent for improving conversion," she noted. "We want to offer influencers as many options as possible for converting their followers to paid subscribers, and this tool will be invaluable in that respect."

The Livestreams feature is optimized for Google Chrome on Windows and Android, and Safari on Mac and iOS, and can be accessed on an influencer's personal FanCentro page.
