ChargebackHelp Celebrates 2020 YNOT Awards Nomination

ATASCADERO, Calif. — ChargebackHelp is celebrating its 2020 YNOT Awards nomination for Best Alternative Billing Company.

"ChargebackHelp has reliably provided chargeback management services to this industry for many years," noted a rep, adding the company "has been instrumental in bringing chargeback prevention to high-risk merchants since 2013, managing Ethoca and Verifi alerts for some of the industry’s biggest names."

"They have also led the fight against friendly fraud with representment services, allowing merchants to overturn unwarranted chargebacks," the rep added.

Founder Raja Roy Choudhury is "honored" by the recognition.

"Our dispute management solution to help merchants fight chargebacks and recover revenue is second to none," said Choudhury. "We’ve expanded protections for merchant processing more than ever this year, and we feel this nomination is well-earned."

Earlier this year, the company noted, ChargebackHelp launched its premier dispute management platform ChargebackHelp Plus, which combines all of ChargebackHelp’s dispute management services under one portal that integrates seamlessly into a merchant’s processing.

"This portal also connects merchants to new innovations such as Verifi Order Insight, Ethoca Eliminator and Visa RDR. From this single endpoint, merchants can prevent transaction disputes, reduce chargebacks and recover revenue from friendly fraud with the most effective tools available," explained the rep.

Further, ChargebackHelp Plus "maintains all integrations to connect the merchant's transaction infrastructure to all stakeholders: customers, issuers and acquirers. Hundreds of data points must be captured and sent over a constantly evolving network. ChargebackHelp Plus puts these interactions under a single endpoint and maintains the connection seamlessly."
