Nintendo Goes After Makers of 'Princess Peach' XXX Game

LOS ANGELES — Nintendo has filed a DMCA takedown notice against the makers of “Peach’s Untold Tale,” an adult erotic parody of their Super Mario franchise.

The game, according to tech news site Torrent Freak, “depicts the princess and many other Nintendo characters having fun in many ways that are completely unacceptable to the gaming giant.”

Legal observers note that Nintendo has stepped up the protection of their valuable copyright and trademark rights over the past few years.

According to Torrent Freak, the game was envisioned around 2012 by developer Ivan Aedler, who called it “a freeware adult parody game.”

In a later interview, Aedler explained that he was inspired by a 2011 Flash game coded by someone named Playshapes called “Mario is Missing.”

“Mario is Missing,” according to Aedler, “featured just three level parts (her castle, the mushroom land and Morton fortress). But, oh man! It was enough to spark me a huge interest to continue making the game. The simple fact a ditzy princess started the level entirely naked, then dressing herself with her pink dress — without panties — then opening her dungeon-like door in order to get 'good morning' from the Chancellor from Super Mario RPG, which was indeed a blowjob, making the toads surprised, and then seeing this blonde bimbo into lewd scenes with goombas later on while the nostalgic Super Mario RPG song played on got my attention — ‘Wow, this game is just very cute!’ I played it like 20 times in a row, trying to find secret areas, scenes and outfits.”

Aedler added several other levels and more nude female characters.

“It’s a game where players take on the role of Princess Peach. Bowser is invading, the citizens of Mushroom Kingdom are under Kamek’s spell to be super-aroused, and Mario is missing. What’s a princess to do? Stomp some enemies, or start putting out, to save her kingdom,” Aedler explained.

Some gameplay videos have been uploaded to tube site XVideos.com, where it has garnered millions of views.

Although, “Peach’s Unknown Tale” is available via freeware mecca Github, Nintendo alleges that it infringes several of their video game copyrights, including Peach, Toad, Mario is Missing, Super Mario Maker, Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

According to Torrent Freak, Nintendo “said it had considered all fair use exceptions but after a review, ultimately found that it does not believe [the game] qualifies as a fair use of Nintendo’s copyright-protected work.”
