LAS VEGAS — Cosplay cam star and content creator Catjira stars in a new photo set available exclusively for members of Playboy Plus, with a second series to be made available next week.
Her first spread, titled "Catjira in Living Image," was shot by Maddie Cobra and debuted in mid-July. "The slightly spooky pictorial harkens back to vintage men’s magazines," a rep enthused. The spread accompanies a new interview.
A second photo layout, titled "Enchanting Energy," will debut Monday, August 24, although VIP members of Playboy Plus can unlock early access now.
"On both shoots, Catjira was extremely hands-on with the theme and representation of her brand," said the rep.
“We’re thrilled to have Catjira as part of the Playboy family and look forward to working with her again," says Holly Ruprecht, associate director of subscriptions. “These were the last photos we shot before COVID-19 shut the world down in March, and we’re so excited to reveal them.”
Catjira enthused about her experience shooting for the iconic publication.
“Working with Playboy and becoming a 'Mus'e was always a dream of mine,” she said. “I had an amazing experience shooting with Maddie, and it definitely came through in all the photos. It was empowering, inspiring and a high point of my career. I’d love to come back and shoot a Halloween set for Playboy.”
Catjira will stage a Playboy Plus Instagram takeover on Monday to tub-thump the photo sets.
