LOS ANGELES — MixedX has announced the release of their original feature, “Sunday,” directed by studio owner Christina Shine and available now for streaming.
“MixedX is taking fans on a cinematic journey back to a time when Italian mobs ruled the streets of New York City,” said a rep.
The title “captures the old-time glamour of a bygone era while fixating on the underbelly of organized crime, specifically outlaw Raul Costa and the mystery of a missing woman in the neighborhood (Tina Kay),” the rep continued.
Since the studio’s launch a year ago, the rep explained Shine and her MixedX team “have been treating viewers to an elevated standard of sexual cinema that highlights character-driven storytelling — a euphoric indulgence for the most discerning of audiences.”
Shine said she is “a big fan of both Tina Kay and Raul Costa — they are not only fantastic erotic talents, but also great actors who give intense, amazing onscreen performances. You can’t take your eyes off of them.”
Director of Photography Zsolt added that he “created the atmosphere and gave the film a fashionable Kodak Kodachrome look of the early '60s and '70s in post-production.”
“I am excited to have this film from MixedX in the running for the nomination period and 2021 award shows,” Zsolt added.
