LOS ANGELES — Penthouse has announced its 2020 Pet of the Year Quarantine Calendar for which photographer Nicola Rinaldo, adapting to the times, shot each of the featured beauties via FaceTime.
“In today’s world of social distancing, Penthouse is doing what they have done best since 1965: providing viewers with entertainment and much needed distraction in uncertain times,” said a rep.
For 2020, the rep added, Penthouse put "a unique spin on the Pet of the Year playoffs that is both charitable and innovative. To bring viewers new and cutting-edge content, Penthouse partnered with Rinaldo to capture portraits of the 2019 Pets in the comfort and safety of their own homes."
The photos were compiled into a commemorative digital calendar available for free by signing up via Penthouse’s website. Along with the calendar, fans will receive an additional folder of exclusive custom smartphone wallpapers drawn from the FaceTime photo shoot.
Fans are also encouraged to join Penthouse by making a donation to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s COVID-19 relief efforts.
