LAS VEGAS — Performer, director and producer Lance Hart spoke with BuzzFeed’s Ottilia Steadman for an article published this week about the future of the adult entertainment industry during and after COVID-19.
In the report, “Everyone Is Making Porn At Home Now — Will The Porn Industry Survive?,” Hart explained that he is “always planning ahead and has enough new content for his sites Sweet Femdom and ManUp Films to last through July.”
Hart also spoke about shooting content with performers he lives with — including his wife, popular alt-model and performer Charlotte Sartre — while respecting social distancing and "stay-at-home" protocols.
“I was extremely elated to be included in the BuzzFeed piece and that they used my at-home photo of me with my cat,” Hart commented. “It’s good for fans to know we’re still making content, and that they should support us by subscribing to our sites, buying our clips and watching our cam shows.”
“People have a lot of free time during COVID-19, and adult content is a great way to stay happy and entertained,” Hart added on a positive note.
The BuzzFeed piece also mentioned Hart’s participation in April’s XBIZ Virtual Townhall, which gathered adult industry stakeholders for a discussion about the current pandemic.
Steadman also interviewed Romi Rain, Kayden Kross, scholar Sophie Pezzutto, reps from the Free Speech Coalition, Falcon/NakedSword, SegPay and ImLive, and cam models from around the globe.
