Michael H. Klein Joins ChargeDM as U.S. Brand Partner

AMSTERDAM — Technology and software developer ChargeDM has inked a deal with industry veteran Michael H. Klein and his Next Step Entertainment to serve as the company's U.S. brand partner.

Klein’s primary role will be to raise the presence of ChargeDM in the North American market by "offering Skype and WhatsApp technology to monetize sites where members engage with models, performers, influencers and operators, including dating, cam and clip sites," a company rep explained. "With Michael’s tech background and connections, his partnership with ChargeDM will bring a lot to the table."

A seasoned pro in the digital distribution field, Klein has held executive positions with renowned adult and mainstream enterprises like Vivid Entertainment, Gamma Entertainment and Playboy Enterprises, as well as Showtime Networks, Vubiquity and the InDemand cable television service.

Klein was also on the launch team that created and launched Hustler TV worldwide.

“I’m excited to work alongside such a notable figure within the adult industry,” said Jason Collins, ChargeDM director of sales. “I firmly believe Michael adds real value to our brand and will help us extend our reach into the North American market. We’ve done well throughout Europe and South America, but now we’re ready to conquer the U.S. and Canada.”

Klein echoed that enthusiasm and expressed excitement about the fresh career opportunity.

"I was impressed with ChargeDM's technology the minute I saw it and knew that this could be an opportunity for a lot of companies to monetize from an area that they never did before," Klein explained. "My goal is to reach out to the various companies within the industry that I have dealt with in the past, as well as new ones, to show them the ability to add a whole new revenue stream to their business."
