PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Co.’s latest weekly blog update offers tips on exercising at home and dealing with stress.

Everyday household objects like milk jugs or laundry detergent bottles can be substituted in for free weights, and a chair or wall used for exercises like knee curls and wall sits.
