LOS ANGELES — JustFor.fans (JFF) has announced the integration of the Telegram app into its system as a customer service option for its users.
Upon adding @JFFHelpBot to a group chat, questions will be routed directly to JFF using the "/ask" command. Subsequent replies are then added to the Telegram chat.
"As our site continues to grow, we are attracting many more models than ever before. Our daily model sign-ups are more than twice what they were a month ago," explained JFF Founder Dominic Ford. "A lot of these models are on Telegram in group chats with other models. To make it easier for them to quickly get assistance, we have launched a Telegram integration that gives them fast answers and an easy way to contact us."
A JFF staff member is currently responding directly to messages; eventually, prepared answers to frequently asked questions will immediately be issued.
"A major competitive advantage of JFF is customer service," Ford said. "By integrating with Telegram, we are adding to our robust customer service offerings, and letting a whole new group of models easily contact us."
