PHILADELPHIA — Sarah Vandella has been announced as the winner of the 2020 HotMovies Pornament and has pledged her entire cash prize to charity.
“Longtime fan-favorite Sarah Vandella, a veteran of more than a decade in the industry, has come out on top as the 2020 HotMovies Pornament MVP,” said a rep. “This year was the biggest in Pornament history, as HotMovies received more than double the amount of votes of any previous year. With all sports canceled or postponed, including the other famous bracket tournament in March, the Pornament bright a healthy dose of competition and levity into the dark times everyone is experiencing.”
Vandella defeated Maitland Ward in the final round of the Pornament.
"It was Sarah, who has experienced a renaissance of popularity as one of the most attractive MILFs and ‘step-moms’ in the business," a rep explained, "who had the larger group of admirers and supporters.”
As the Pornament winner, Vandella will receive a $2,000 check for her win, plus a $500 donation to the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
“But, in a surprise move indicative of [our] tough times,” the rep revealed, “Sarah has pledged her entire $2,000 prize towards organizations working on relief from COVID-19.”
Vandella was elated about her victory. “I wanted to say 'thank you' so much to all the fans and supporters who voted for me,” she enthused. “I’m grateful to HotMovies for having this porn tournament! It was for a great cause and a chance to give back during this difficult time.”
The end of this year’s Pornament was an especially heated battle. Jennifer White (the runner-up in 2018) and Lauren Phillips (who was runner-up in 2019) both made it back to the "Flirty Four."
HotMovies has also announced their trio of satellite winners, a feature of the tournament that began in 2019.
"Miss Out-Of-The-Boxxx," awarded for the most creative campaign, was given to Serene Siren. HotMovies will make a $100 donation to her charity, Feeding America, which supports food banks, food pantries and other meal programs.
Nina Rivera was awarded "Miss Funny Boners" for having the funniest campaign, and as a result her charity of choice, Pineapple Support, will be given $100. Pineapple Support connects sex workers and other adult industry personnel to mental health services.
Aria Khaide was named "Miss Congeniality" for 2020, and HotMovies will give $100 to Project Sweet Peas, which works in the support of newborns in the NICU and families experiencing infant and pregnancy loss.
