AUSTIN — Interactive Life Forms (ILF), makers of Fleshlight brand products, is hosting a 25th anniversary party on March 13, sponsored by Four Loko.
The party will take place from 2 to 8 p.m., at 903 E. 3rd St., in Austin. The event is free with an RSVP, 21 and up only.
The celebration, which is being held during SXSW, will feature a look back at Fleshlight’s 25-year history, as well as free toys for the first 50 attendees, free swag and discounted Fleshlight products for sale. Four Loko Seltzer will offer complimentary beverages, including new Sour Mango and Black Cherry flavors.
Additionally, rising adult starlet Emily Willis will be on hand from 4 to 8 p.m. for a meet-and-greet. Willis is the newest member of the Fleshlight Girls, who are adult female stars whose anatomy is molded and made into Fleshlight toys. Her products debut in April, but the company is producing a limited run to be sold one month in advance only at the anniversary event.
“We struggled so much in those early days, it’s sometimes hard to believe Fleshlight has become the giant that it is today,” said Steve Shubin, owner and CEO of ILF. “But my wife Kathy and I knew there was a void to be filled, pun intended. We created such a high-quality product that it’s become a household name and a pop culture icon. Our 25th year is going to be our best yet — we’ve only just started reinventing masturbation.”
