Buck Angel, Sliquid Partner on T-Collection for Trans Men

Buck Angel, Sliquid Partner on T-Collection for Trans Men

DALLAS — Buck Angel is expanding on his collaboration with Sliquid to create a line of products specifically for trans men.

In 2017, Sliquid and the pioneering trans performer and activist worked together to create T-Lube, a personal lubricant crafted to address the unique needs of trans men. Formulated to address the vaginal health of trans men on testosterone replacement therapy, T-Lube was the first FTM-focused lubricant introduced to the public.

"When the opportunity to work with Buck presented itself, we knew we had something special on our hands," said Sliquid’s Dean Elliott. "We saw a unique opportunity to present an accessible solution to an everyday problem our trans brothers, like Buck, are experiencing. Partnering was a no-brainer.”

T-Lube proved so successful that Sliquid and Angel are now collaborating on a full line of wellness products for trans men — Buck Angel’s T-Collection.

"I am fortunate to have been given the opportunity to create more products for our FTM community," Angel said. "When contemplating what trans men want to see in a wellness line, I consciously chose to create products that reflect our masculinity and convey respect upon us as deserving human beings."

For now, Sliquid and Angel are staying mum about what new products will join T-Lube in the full T-Collection Line. But they have slated a release date for sometime this fall.

“From the beginning, we always knew there would be more than one product because the trans community is certainly not one-dimensional," said Elliot about their expanded collaboration.

Added Angel, “The T-Collection is an important step toward being seen as part of the world, as opposed to separate from humanity. I am so full of love."
