HOLLYWOOD — Host Amber Lynn will welcome rockabilly singer/songwriter, James Intveld, on tonight’s edition of “Rock'N'SeXXXy Uncensored” (RNSU) at 7 p.m. (PDT) on LATalkRadio.com.
Intveld is a former lead guitarist of the Blaster's, prior to embarking on a solo career in 1995. As a songwriter, he is best known for the Rosie Flores 1987 hit song "Crying Over You," and has since released three successful solo albums of his own to date: "Introducing James Intveld" (1997), "Somewhere Down The Road" (2000) and "Have Faith" (2008), which was released on his own Molenaart record label. He frequently performs at the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend, one of the largest rockabilly festivals in the United States
Intveld has appeared in numerous film and television projects. His list of screen credits include Sean Penn's directorial debut "Indian Runner," "The Thing Called Love" with the late River Phoenix and Billy Crystal's "61*" for HBO. He also starred alongside Billy Bob Thornton in the motion picture "Chrystal" and was notably the singing voice of Johnny Depp in John Water's "Cry Baby."
