LOS ANGELES — Talent Testing Service (TTS) has implemented a “sign and scan” feature for all talent that visit its Associated Draw Facilities (ADF) across the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
With a simple scan of the QR code, using a smart phone camera or applicable QR Code app, the talent notifies TTS that they have been to a specific ADF and that their samples have been collected; FedEx is then contacted automatically for a pickup. This QR Code is found next to the signature line on page three of the paperwork sent to the ADF and once the ADF has completed the paperwork, all the talent has to do is sign and scan.
“A common issue has always been the ‘blind spot’ problem: TTS not knowing when talent has visited an ADF facility up to the point where the sample has been picked up by a courier service,” said TTS CEO Sixto Pacheco. “By simply scanning the QR code, TTS will have a better insight into the tracking of the inbound shipment of samples originating at its Associated Drawing Facilities.”
“The addition of this tracking feature to our toolbox will help the TTS team in identifying and resolving shipping problems at an earlier stage,” Pacheco added.
TTS is a privately held company with headquarters in Miami and offices in Los Angeles, Oakland and Las Vegas.
