LOS ANGELES — After recent tweets by performer Ana Rose implying that her "do's and dont's" were not properly observed by scene partner Markus Dupree on June 21, a third performer who was also part of the shoot, Adria Rae, has come forward and spoken with XBIZ about that day.
Two days after the shoot in question, Rose posted two tweets implying that a prexisting medical condition had been exacerbated as a result of the alleged incident.
Rose later identified her scene partner as Dupree, but did not mention that a third performer had been present or that it was a B/G/G scene.
While both Rose and Dupree have not yet responded to an XBIZ request for comment, Rae did go on the record about the shoot.
Rae described the shoot to XBIZ as “pretty average" and a "normal" day on set. She said she was excited to work with Rose for the first time and had requested Dupree in the past.
“We’ve worked together a handful of times,” she said of Dupree.
According to Rae, the three performers sat down with the director at the beginning of the day to discuss details of the shoot.
During the meeting, Rae recalls Rose mentioning that she didn’t “really like” to have vaginal sex while also shooting anal, and that she could only do vaginal sex “for a while.”
“She hadn’t made it a point that she didn’t want to do any vaginal sex,” said Rae. “She made it sound like she just didn’t want to do as much.”
According to Rae, neither a preexisting medical condition nor any kind of discomfort was mentioned during the group conversation with the director on set that day. She claims that Rose agreed to and completed one vaginal sex position with Dupree and that the scene subsequently “went by great.”
"I had no idea she was in pain until I saw her tweet because we just carried on like any normal scene," said Rae.
“I feel caught between a rock and a hard place now because during the scene I didn’t hear her say anything that would raise an alarm," said Rae. "It was my understanding that she didn’t want to do as much vaginal sex but not none at all.”
On June 24, Rose shared two photos saying they were before and after shots of her vagina, the second of which depicted swelling that she attributed to a popped cyst — caused, she suggested, by vaginal sex during the shoot.
Rae provided XBIZ with a detailed account of her recollections of that day, up until the time when everyone left set.
According to Rae, Dupree left before them, shortly after finishing his part.
When one follower inquired on Twitter why she didn’t immediately stop the scene, Rose stated, “The sets are already stressful enough. We were cutting too much and the air was tense. I didn’t wanna add to it.”
"Of course," said Rae. "Everyone is trying to get the scene done because it’s a long, stressful day already. The set is very accommodating though — if we want to cut for anything they will. Nobody wants to see anyone get hurt or be in pain.”
Rae further shared with XBIZ that during their final scene of the day, a girl-girl anal tease with sex toys, complications arose which caused Rae to stop the scene.
As she remembers, Rose offered to continue. "Ana said she was okay," recalled Rae. "I told her she could keep going [solo] if she wanted to but I wanted to stop." At that point, the shoot wrapped for the day according to Rae.
“I respect and admire both Ana and Markus," Rae stressed, "but in this situation I don’t feel he abused her boundaries.”
"From what I saw," Rae concluded, "this was an issue of miscommunication."
