SAN FRANCISCO — NakedSword Originals is tub-thumping the wholesale/retail and digital release of “Five Brothers: The Takedown,” the closing installment of its two-part erotic crime drama.
Leading man Nic Sahara returns alongside exclusives Steven Lee and Alam Wernik with Sean Duran, Jay Dymel, Justin Matthews and Blake Ryder.
Filmed on location in Miami and Las Vegas, “Five Brothers” was helmed by mr. Pam, two-time XBIZ Awards winner for Gay Director of the Year. In April, she provided XBIZ with exclusive behind-the-scenes details about the filming of the first installment.
“The Takedown” picks up where the opening installment ends, with the death of a crooked senator following his interlude with the family matriarch (trans star Danni Daniels). “Jay and Nic are tasked to seduce and blackmail a couple of likely candidates,” a rep said. “Will the brothers come out on top, or has someone been plotting to take them down from the inside all along?”
Tim Valenti, president of Falcon Studios Group and the NakedSword Network, praised the storyline-driven crime drama. "'Five Brothers' has been a huge franchise for us right out of the gate,” he said. “The first installment, 'Family Values,’ was our most-watched series on NakedSword the month it was released and DVD orders were larger than normal. We expect the second part to be even bigger.”
NakedSword is touting a promotional site for the film that includes a trailer, photos, wallpapers and other amenities, including the original music video “Ghost” by Jarret Moon.
