BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Reps from Eldorado Trading Co. have announced the sudden passing of long-time General Manager, Jim Talbot earlier today.
Talbot had joined Eldorado in 2009 and had since worked closely with its executive team to support the company’s expansive growth.
During the transition period following founder and CEO Larry Garland's death in 2017, colleagues recall Talbot’s guidance and encouragement as "invaluable."
Wanda Garland, Eldorado CEO shared, “Jim has left an indelible mark on our company and every Eldorado employee. His steady leadership and quiet strength served as a faithful presence at Eldorado. We will keep his legacy of great service, personal relationships, and outstanding stewardship alive and well. We are so grateful we have been able to call him both a colleague and a friend.”
At the time of this post, a cause of death and memorial service plans have yet to be announced.
