Nalpac Adds 10 New Team Members

FERNDALE, Mich. — Over the past few months, Nalpac says it has internally restructured several departments and hired 10 new staff members — from top-level positions to customer service.

John Jarrell has been hired as the new director of operations. Jarrell brings industry knowledge and leadership skills to the team and will oversee all operational activities and assist in the implementation of strategic plans across the organization. He will work closely with Andy Craig, who has refocused his efforts to lead the Nalpac sales team. The sales team has added two new reps, Lindsay Breedlove and Cassie Fall, and three customer support specialists. Both Lindsay and Cassie have sales experience and understanding of the pleasure product industry.

Nalpac has also added Emily Bean as chief of staff, Adam Motta to lead business development, veteran programmer James Neyman, and Erin McConnell to assist in marketing. Bean will work closely with CEO Steve Craig, Jarell, and Andy to help manage day-to-day operations and keep departments organized, informed and working harmoniously.  Neyman will be working with the rest of Nalpac’s development team to create a new customer interface and other tech projects that are in the pipeline. McConnell will assist creative director, Amy Lazzara, to create content and carry out marketing initiatives.

“We are very excited with all of the staffing changes happening at Nalpac,” said Andy. “Hiring John, Emily, and Adam has allowed me to shift my primary focus to sales. Providing our valued customers, a passionate and knowledgeable sales team has always been our top priority. Growing our sales team and adding more customer service support, will allow us to continue improving upon our strengths and better serve our customer base.”
