MUNICH — Satisfyer says that talks about a cross-license patent with Womanizer recently fell through.
According to Satisfyer, after several meetings between the companies’ managing directors in the last few weeks, Satisfyer and Womanizer failed to reach an agreement regarding a cross-license patent that would allow them to use each other’s license freely.
"In the end, the main point of issue was in regards to the five years or longer term,” says Jasmin Wagner, press spokeswoman of Satisfyer. "The confidence got lost particularly on the last step on the way of a cross-license on the weekend.”
The company did not say whether it would continue to pursue a cross-licensing deal.
