DigRegs Adds Live-Stream Fingerprinting, Dynamic Watermarking

LOS ANGELES — DigRegs in recent weeks has been sharing with clients three new services it is now offering — live-stream fingerprinting, dynamic watermarking and tube-content monetization.

DigiRegs officials say they’re striving to “redefine the technological landscape and to promote new services and opportunities to everyone in the adult industry” with the new services.

At the core of the system is state of the art audio/video fingerprinting, company officials said. Using fingerprinting, DigiRegs can identify audio and video content across the internet without needing to rely on metadata, watermarking or modification of the source material.

“So why is this important?” company officials said. “Because there is no way to hide from the DigiRegs system. If your content is out there, DigiRegs will find it. Piracy has nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide.”

DigiRegs said that launched a platform to fingerprint live-stream content in real time. This enables cam sites and live-streaming platforms to tackle piracy where users screen record or locally save the live streams and then distribute them illegally.

The new DigiRegs dynamic watermark is a lightweight and nonintrusive process that injects a shifting watermarked ID into each video that contains information on which user has accessed the video on your paysite, officials said.

“The watermarks are invisible, do not impact user experience and ensure that you know example what is going on with your content and who is sharing it,” company officials said.

DigiRegs officials said they also paired up with TrafficHaus for a tube-monetization revenue-sharing program!

“In partnership with tube sites such as Spankbang.com and Pornhost.com, they now offer a revenue sharing opportunity in addition to the standard DMCA removal offering,” Digiregs officials said.

“When your content is found on DigiRegs partner sites, you can now specify if you wish to have the content simply removed, or replaced with an official, branded trailer, or even leave the content up and gain a piece of the revenue generated from that video."

Anton Bilobrov, CTO and co-founder of DigiRegs, said, “The adult entertainment industry has always been at the forefront of technological development, and we wish to continue that trend by ensuring that our tools and services are state of the art.”

“Our goal is to unite the content producers and work together to eliminate the large-scale, malicious piracy that is occurring within the industry to protect and empower creators to take back control of their content," Bilobrov said.
