QWEBEC Expo Announces Plans for 2019 Show

MONTREAL — Trade show organizer Michael P. has announced plans for the upcoming 16th edition of QWEBEC Expo — the international online adult entertainment and live cam B2B convention in Canada.

This tradeshow and networking conference acts as an international crossroads for members of the industry from around the world. With a high concentration of CEOs, VPs, and industry decision-makers, the show provides opportunities for quality time with players who may be hard to find at other events.

“The aim has always been ‘Quality over Quantity’” Michael says. “QWEBEC Expo is the perfect casual environment in Canada since the event is near the Northeast of America. It is easy for anyone from the U.S. to attend and easy for people from other countries to get to (without having to deal with U.S. border control or legal issues).”

QWEBEC Expo is held in a cozy “boutique” hotel, the recently remodeled Novotel Montreal, a four-star hotel located downtown Montreal in the center of all the action. The hotel offers an affordable price of $189/night for the duration of the event, plus the weekend after for those who want to spend a few extra days in Montreal before going home or to New York for Affiliate Summit East.

Totally revamped last year for its 15th edition, the 2019 show format has moved closer to what is usually seen at European shows, starting with a new formula on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday), expanding the exhibition floor, creating a new lounge area, new sponsorship and exhibition packages, and special evening events.

“As always, QWEBEC Expo is happy to offer free badges for individual affiliates, cam studios, and female and TS models. A special afternoon for prospective female cam models is also planned, for them to meet with cam companies in a safe and business-friendly environment,” Michael explains. “Whether you are a new or established adult company, or a mainstream business wanting to get your foot in the door of the adult market, you should plan on attending QWEBEC Expo 2019.”

A $50 early registration discount is available from Tues., March 5, until Fri., June 7.

The current registration price is $210 per person, with online registrations ending Fri., July 26.

“For those wishing to have an exhibiting spot, we have about 22 spaces available,” Michael adds. “Exhibiting is a great way to launch a new product or program, reach out to new businesses, and gain increased media and industry exposure. Spaces include everything you need and since they are limited, they are sold on a first come first serve basis.”
