STOCKHOLM — LELO was a winner at this year’s iF Design Awards, a world-renowned design contest.
The winning product, its Sona Cruise sonic massager, was victorious in the Product Design category for Beauty/Care.
Sona Cruise won over a 67-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its unique cruise control feature, which creates sonic waves that reverberate into the clitoris and are transmitted throughout its entire body for a sensation that is said to come from deep within.
The competition was intense, LELO officials said, with more than 6,400 entries submitted from 50 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.
For 66 years, the iF Design Awards, organized by Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH, has been recognized as an arbiter of quality for exceptional design and one of the most important design prizes in the world.
The iF label is renowned worldwide for outstanding design services for product, packaging, communication and service design, architecture and interior architecture, as well as professional concept.
All awarded entries are featured on the iF World Design Guide, in the iF Design App and are displayed at the iF Design Exhibition in Hamburg.
