BARCELONA — ExoClick has announced an update to its advertiser guidelines for push-notification campaigns.
According to the innovative ad company, banner creatives and text descriptions on its platform must not contain adult or explicit content, but advertisers are now allowed to send their push-notification traffic to adult landing pages when targeting adult category sources.
ExoClick said it added 10 million new users in the past 30 days who have opted to receive push notifications from the company’s global network of publisher sites.
ExoClick is the world’s largest adult network with the greatest reach, the company's CEO, Benjamin Fonzé, says
“By using push-notification creatives with soft messaging, our advertisers now have the opportunity to upsell their adult offers via their adult landing pages to a massive audience,” Fonzé explains. “Each month we are seeing exceptional growth in the number of users opting in, so take advantage of this excellent traffic source with the added benefit of ExoClick’s industry-leading targeting options.”
Push notifications have a high CTR and are a quality traffic source because users have opted in to receive messages.
ExoClick recently introduced the addition of emojis to the push-notification format which greatly improves end-user engagement and CTR.
To aid implementation, ExoClick offers a new tutorial on how to implement emojis in push notifications and a blog post on “7 Emoji Tips for Push Notification Campaigns.”
