FSC Board of Directors Election Closes Sunday at Midnight

LOS ANGELES — Voting for members Free Speech Coalition 2018 Board of Directors will close on Sunday at midnight.

A total of seven board seats are available and each will be serving a two-year term. All FSC members in good standing are eligible to vote.

Four current board members are running for re-election, including: 

  • Alec Helmy (XBIZ’s founder and publisher);
  • Matt Mason (Treasure Island Media’s president);
  • Reed Lee (industry attorney and current chair of the FSC’s legal committee); and,
  • Kelly Holland (FSC’s board president who served as CEO of Penthouse for 12 years before leaving to start Chick Media).

Seven potential newcomers to the board are also running. Those include:

  • Ginger Banks (adult performer);
  • Allie Eve Knox (Spankchain’s product and strategy manager);
  • Steven Gallon (Grooby Productions’ CEO);
  • Matthew Matsudaira (Pipedream Products’ CEO);
  • Ann Houlihan (CNV.com’s CEO);
  • Tony Rios (AVN’s CEO); and,
  • Alison Boden (Kink.com’s CEO).

An email with a link and voting instructions was sent to all FSC members on Sunday, Dec. 9.
