Dandy David Wiles, 29, stands accused of stealing 58-year-old Don Armstrong’s driver’s license, Social Security card and two credit cards last month from Armstrong’s room at the Baylor Medical Center in Grapevine. Armstrong had been in a car accident, and then died of a heart attack the same day, according to the Associated Press.
Wiles allegedly used Armstrong’s credit card to purchase a computer and a TV, and was charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information. If convicted, the charge carries a maximum sentence of two years.
