CHATSWORTH, Calif. — New Sensations/ Digital Sin has named Robert Plarski as its new vice president of global sales, effective immediately.
Plarski, an 18-year industry sales veteran, succeeds the position from Belle Casten-Taylor, who will move on to a new executive role within the company.
"It was a difficult decision for me to leave sales, but I know we found the perfect fit with Rob," Casten-Taylor said. "I am confident he’ll do great things here."
Plarski said, "I am super excited to be back at New Sensations/ Digital Sin. Working with Scott Taylor and his team will be awesome and growing with his company is a tremendous opportunity. I am grateful to Scott and the New Sensations/ Digital Sin team — Belle Casten-Taylor, Eddie Powell, Renae Engelhart, Janet Rini ... it all feels like home again."
Plarski, who started in the industry in 2000 as a sales rep for New Sensations/ Digital Sin, brings with him 18 years of sales experience. Among his duties, Plarski will oversee foreign and domestic DVD sales, as well as VOD and licensing for all New Sensations/ Digital Sin productions.
“We welcome Robert back with open arms,” New Sensations/ Digital Sin President Scott Taylor said. “He has some very big shoes to fill in his position, but I am very confident he is the right man for the job.”
