ExoClick Offers Email Clicks Ad Format

BARCELONA — ExoClick has announced its launch of Email Clicks as an ad format.

According to the company, Email Clicks were previously only available on flat deals, but advertisers can now bid for them directly on ExoClick’s self-service platform.

To purchase Email Clicks advertisers can select the format from the drop-down menu under “General Targeting > Ad Format.” The format is available on a CPC basis. Additionally, advertisers can use the new ExoClick Bidder to automatically optimize their bidding prices.

Once an Email Click is won, an email is sent to the end user which contains a call to action. The call to action is the advertiser’s link that directs the user to the advertiser’s landing page or sign up form. It is recommended that advertisers carry out A/B testing between a landing page, pre-landing page and signup page, to see which converts the best.

By default, advertisers cannot get a user’s email, however there are parameters within the URL that allow advertisers to use that information to auto-fill a signup form to increase their offer’s signup rate.

Currently, Email Clicks are available for ExoClick’s exclusive dating traffic.

Kelan Stone, ExoClick’s head of members area business, says this is premium quality dating traffic where users have signed up to one or more of Traffic Mansion’s global network of dating sites.

“Soon other sources will be added and we offer 80 percent English speaking geos and 20 percent for the rest of the world,” Stone reveals. “Now advertisers can tap into this high converting CPC traffic and target the dating market with their offers and generate new leads.”
