Salah has worked with Friendfinder, The Claria Corp and most recently, Mantra Films, parent of “GirlsGoneWild.” Her responsibilities at Escom will include online marketing strategies, including media buying, affiliate programs, search engines and analytics for the company's portfolio of domains.

Anthony became CEO of Escom in March, as part of the company’s plan to rebrand Sex.com.

Expect a complete metamorphosis,” Anthony said. “We are going to build the site into an enormously powerful brand. Sex.com will appeal to a much broader market segment with more focus on women users, and shake loose the negative stigma associated with adult sites.”
The new Sex.com site will be Web 2.0 powered, offering a multitude of options including video and photo content, shopping, news and survey statistics, as well as online community resources.
