Author, Activist Siouxsie Q to Guest on iWantRadio

LOS ANGELES — Author, activist, adult performer and sex worker advocate Siouxsie Q will discuss polyamory sex, the proposed anti-sex trafficking federal legislation FOSTA/SESTA and more when she guests on iWantEmpire’s new erotic talk show, iWantRadio from 2-3 p.m. today.

The broadcast, hosted by Bratty Nikki and Dr. Michelle Lovejoy, airs on SiriusXM Channel 415.

“Siouxsie Q has been a tireless advocate for sex workers and the issues they face in this tumultuous time and we are thrilled to have her,” Lovejoy said. “With her podcast, books and her passion for justice, she will bring great energy and insight to our show!”

Siouxsie Q will share her take on sex with multiple partners as well as her books, her popular podcast and her efforts on behalf of sex workers as they face greater marginalization with proposed legislation that could victimize them even further.

“I look forward to joining Bratty Nikki and Dr. Lovejoy and sharing my message in support of sex workers,” Q said. “Today there is a war against sex workers and those who depend on sex work for their livelihood. With the closure of Backpage and other websites by regulators, sex workers are becoming targets of predators, pimps and aggressive police actions!”

Having joined the adult industry in 2012 after working in retail and as an exotic dancer, Q gained fame for her activism and her work in fetish-themed adult movies. The young performer soon found her voice and became an outspoken advocate for sex workers and an opponent to California’s Proposition 35 which further criminalized sex workers. Through her acclaimed podcast “The Whorecast” and numerous writings, articles and books, Q has gained much support and media attention for her efforts.

iWantRadio is the newest effort from iWantEmpire, dedicated to open discussion of human sexuality, fetish and the evolution toward acceptance and celebration of consensual sex through its mission of opening up the dialogue of the world of kink, fetish to a wider audience. iWantRadio airs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on SiriusXM Channel 415 from 2-3 p.m. (PST).
