"We just review the girls and see who's been a standout, or who we think should be recognized," L.A. Direct Models owner Derek Hay told XBIZ. "Commendable performance one way or another. It could be a variety of reasons. Like other companies have 'Employee of the Month,' we have 'Girl of the Month.'"
The May Girl of the Month was Alexis Love, "one of our brightest younger starlets," according to Hay. The Girl of the Month for June is Harmony, who has been with the agency three years. "She's been a model professional the whole time, so we wanted to recognize her for her achievements," Hay said.
"It's a thrill to be Girl of the Month," Harmony told XBIZ. "I've been with L.A. Direct for a long time, and it's an honor."
