NEW YORK — To celebrate her new book, “Get on Top,” Meika Hollender, founder and CEO of sexual-wellness brand Sustain Natural, has opened up a pop-up shop in New York.
The “Get on Top” store features a vulva selfie booth, a bathtub filled with tampons, a lube fountain and a “coochie counter” where patrons can buy non-toxic condoms, lube and organic tampons.
“It will be similar in vibe to the Museum of Ice Cream, but all sex and vaginas — very whimsical, over-the-top and bold,” Sustain Natural’s press release read.
Hollender’s book — officially titled with a much longer name, “Get On Top: Of Your Pleasure, Sexuality & Wellness: A Vagina Revolution” — covers topics from contraception and menstruation to relationships and consent in a pro-pleasure, safety-first and sex-positive way.
At the pop-up store, which runs through Sunday, visitors learn how to deal with hormonal imbalances, how to protect themselves from unplanned pregnancy and STDs and more.
