LOS ANGELES — Eldorado has announced the 14th lesson in its Elevate U series, focusing on sexual difficulties, is now available.
According to a rep, “Lesson 14: Sexual Difficulties” is designed for retailers to support their customers in providing information and toys to help them with sexual difficulties they are experiencing.
In the lesson, participants will learn how to:
- Describe that sexual difficulties are a common and typical part of the normal range of sexual functioning
- Frame customer's experiences as difficulties as opposed to dysfunctions
- Identify the most common sexual difficulties for men and women
- Refer customers to relevant medical professionals to receive proper medical care for sexual difficulties
"People get messages from our culture and society that say their bodies are either good and normal or are broken," said Kira Manser, Clinical Director at the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (CSPH) and one of the personalities of Elevate U. "This lesson helps retail associates to support customers in accessing pleasure regardless of how their bodies are working."
Participants will be enrolled in Lesson 14 upon completing Lesson 13. Eldorado’s Elevate U 16-lesson e-learning series covers a variety of sexual health topics that go beyond product focus. The lessons empower Eldorado’s retailers with accurate sexual health information so they can confidently and correctly answer sexual health related questions.
“I give Elevate U 1000 stars,” added Stephanie Higgins of You & Me Boutique located in Wisconsin. “I am so happy to have been offered this opportunity and truly believe this has advanced my employees and myself miles professionally. I cannot thank Eldorado and the CSPH enough for this!”
Since Elevate U’s launch at the beginning of the year, the program has close to 700 learners enrolled and active in the program thus far.
There are only two more lessons left in the Elevate U series. The e-learning series is available to active Eldorado customers as an added value to working with Eldorado and new lessons will continue to be released throughout the remainder of the year.
