BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado has released the thirteenth lesson in its e-learning series Elevate U, “Counseling for Couples.”
The Counseling for Couples lesson is designed for retailers to support its customers by helping them increase sexual connections in their relationships with long-term partners. Lesson 13 will give retailers the tools to assess what dynamics are present in a relationship and provide information and resources for customers to do meaningful work at home.
"Knowing how to talk to couples is an essential part of doing retail level education,” said Kira Manser, clinical director at The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (CSPH) and one of the personalities of Elevate U. “This lesson will illuminate the most common concerns couples have and upgrade your ability to serve your customers in long-term relationships."
Eldorado’s Elevate U 16-lesson e-learning series covers a variety of sexual health topics that go beyond product focus. The lessons are intended to empower Eldorado’s retailers with accurate sexual health information so they can confidently and correctly answer sexual health related questions.
According to a rep, with this knowledge, retailers can offer customers an excellent in-store experience in order to create repeat business, become a trusted resource in their community and have a competitive advantage.
“In our boutique, we pride ourselves on having great customer retention,” said Andrew Ryerson-Gonzalez, owner of Adam & Eve in Oklahoma. “It isn't enough to have good products; we have to give great service. When we communicate with our clients we strive to give correct and knowledgeable answers. Elevate U has been one of the best tools in our chest. Our team is more engaged and interested in learning, thanks to Eldorado's interactive educational program. As an owner, I'm excited that my team is speaking the right language and gaining our clients’ trust.”
The e-learning series is available to active Eldorado customers as an added value to working with Eldorado and new lessons will continue to be released throughout the remainder of the year.
